We process personal data under contract performance (providing rides), legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention), legal obligation, and consent (marketing, analytics cookies).
2. Your GDPR Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Exercise any right from the in-app Privacy Centre or by emailing dpo@otpcabs.com — we respond within 30 days.
3. International Transfers
Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. You may lodge complaints with your local supervisory authority.
