1. Driver Standards
Every driver passes identity verification, licence and vehicle document checks, and a criminal background screen before their first trip, with periodic re-verification.
2. In-Trip Protections
OTP-verified ride start, live GPS tracking, trip sharing, an in-app SOS button connected to our 24/7 safety line, and post-trip incident reporting.
3. Insurance
All trips include personal accident insurance covering riders and drivers from pickup to drop-off, at no extra cost.
