1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using OTPCabs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
OTPCabs is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers and fleet operators. OTPCabs itself does not provide transportation services.
OTP verification is a safety mechanism: rides begin only after the driver enters the rider's one-time code.
3. User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and treat drivers and other riders with respect.
Misuse of the platform — including fraudulent bookings, harassment, or damage to vehicles — may result in suspension or termination.
4. Fares & Payments
Fares are shown upfront before booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, or route changes you request. All payments are processed securely.
5. Liability & Disputes
Every trip is covered by ride insurance as described in our Safety Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTPCabs' liability is limited to the value of the trip in question.
Disputes are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction.
