Standards of behaviour for riders and drivers.

1. Respect Everyone

Treat drivers, riders, and support staff with courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive language of any kind results in account action.

2. Keep Rides Safe

Wear seatbelts, never ask a driver to break traffic laws, and don't request more passengers than the vehicle seats. Zero tolerance for weapons and illegal substances.

3. Honest Use

Use accurate pickup details, rate fairly, and report issues truthfully. Fraudulent claims or rating manipulation lead to permanent bans.
